Michael founded Lawson Advisory & Business Solutions, LLC to support organizations throughout New England that need more than generic frameworks or performative “best practices.” He works by first understanding how a business actually functions: its people, workflows, systems, constraints, and goals. From there, he helps translate that understanding into clear priorities and durable solutions.

His approach blends analytical rigor with systems-level thinking. Michael often works at the intersection of strategy, operations, and software, serving as a bridge between leadership, technical teams, and day-to-day operations.
